Job summary

Behavox in Montreal is seeking a Delivery Manager to coordinate complex, enterprise client projects, maintain delivery artifacts, and ensure alignment to scope, timelines and delivery standards.

This hybrid role requires 5+ years in delivery or project management, and a solid grasp of cloud-native architectures, data integration, and delivery economics to maximize value and on-time execution.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of structured delivery methodologies used in large-scale client engagements.
• Understanding of cloud-native architectures and delivery considerations.
• Knowledge of network connectivity approaches (SMTP, SFTP) and data types in enterprise environments.
• Understanding of project cost levers and time-to-value in revenue recognition.
• Knowledge of Behavox’s mission, marketplace positioning, and technologies.

Responsibilities

• Owns delivery planning and maintenance of schedules, RAID logs, and delivery artifacts.
• Manages multiple delivery coordination demands across workstreams.
• Identifies and tracks delivery risks and issues, escalating as needed.
• Delivers clear delivery communications to stakeholders, orally and in writing.
• Monitors scope compliance and supports change processes without redefining commitments.
