Arobas Personnel is currently seeking a Delivery Manager to join one of our clients for a contract role based in Montreal.

*Montréal, or South Shore, 50% Hybrid Office and Remote *

Your Daily Responsibilities:

• Oversee and coordinate resources to ensure the successful delivery of migration services.
• Take an active leadership role in project execution while maintaining high standards of quality and performance.
• Define and implement standards, methods, and procedures for service delivery within the program.
• Conduct in-depth risk and impact analyses and develop mitigation strategies to manage service delivery risks.
• Collaborate closely with senior technical teams and architects to ensure infrastructure components align with application delivery requirements.
• Manage change initiatives systematically to maintain system availability, performance, and reliability throughout the transition.

What We’re Looking For:

• Proven experience delivering large-scale Microsoft 365 (M365) projects.
• 8 to 15 years of relevant experience in the IT industry, ideally in similar delivery-focused roles.
• Strong bilingual communication skills — fluency in English and French is essential.
• Excellent leadership, coordination, and problem-solving abilities.
