Job summary

The Hot Tub People Inc. is seeking a Delivery & Logistics Coordinator to join our team in a full-time role. The position focuses on coordinating hot tub deliveries, confirming details with customers, and maintaining smooth operations across scheduling and warehouse activities.

Ideal candidates are highly organized, professional, and able to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment, with strong communication and computer skills to learn our software tools quickly.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Coordinating and scheduling hot tub deliveries and installations.
• Calling customers to confirm delivery details and ensure preparedness.
• Using checklists to gather all required information before deliveries.
• Communicating daily with delivery crews and managing schedules efficiently.
• Managing and maintaining the stock list and inventory tracking.
• Registering warranties through manufacturer portals.
• Sending and managing electronic documents/signatures.
• Handling minor customer service or delivery issues professionally.
• Keeping delivery routes and schedules efficient to maximize productivity.
• Working with Google Suite, Jobber, Shopify, and electronic signature software.

Full-Time | Monday–Friday | 8:00am–4:00pm
Pay: $21–$24/hour based on experience and fit
