Qualifications

• Minimum 10 years with agile SDLC for large digital programs.
• Minimum 7 years project management across delivery lifecycles.
• Minimum 7 years consulting, commercial and contractual models.
• High school diploma or GED required.

Responsibilities

• Lead the end-to-end delivery lifecycle of complex digital products and programs with strong client interaction.
• Plan and estimate delivery work across methodologies, managing milestones, scope, budget, and risks.
• Oversee onshore and offshore teams throughout the project lifecycle.
• Collaborate with engineering, design, product and QA to deliver web, mobile, and headless solutions.
• Own staffing and financial management of the delivery team and mentor teammates.
• Contribute to process improvement, delivery standards, and practice capabilities.
• Engage business development and practice leads for scope, estimates, and proposals.
• Present delivery plans and timelines to client stakeholders and manage expectations.
