Job summary

Konrad is seeking an experienced Delivery Manager to drive the seamless execution of digital and AI solutions. You will own timelines, budgets, and cross-functional delivery across product, design, and engineering teams.

You'll partner with client stakeholders and leadership to optimize governance, roadmaps, and resource planning while mentoring the Digital team to uphold delivery excellence. This is a hybrid role based in Toronto, Canada, with flexible working hours and opportunities to shape

Qualifications

• 5+ years of relevant experience in technical project management or agile program leadership within a digital consulting or product environment.
• Proven track record of managing complex end-to-end digital and AI product deliveries across multi-disciplinary teams.
• Strong understanding of software development lifecycles, agile/scrum methodologies, and modern technical architectures, including AI/ML integrations.
• Exceptional organizational, risk management, and problem-solving skills, with a focus on operational rigor.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to articulate technical delivery plans to both business and engineering stakeholders.
• Experience managing multi-project portfolios, resourcing plans, and budget tracking simultaneously.
• Mentoring and team developing experience.

Responsibilities

• Manage the end-to-end delivery of digital and AI initiatives, owning timelines, scope, resources, and budgets.
• Lead daily delivery cadence across cross-functional product, design, and engineering teams to maintain momentum and ensure high-quality outcomes.
• Partner closely with client teams and product owners to establish delivery roadmaps, milestone tracking, and transparent reporting.
• Proactively identify execution risks, technical bottlenecks, and scope shifts, implementing mitigation strategies before they impact delivery.
• Optimize agile delivery frameworks, governance models, and team workflows to maximize quality and velocity across complex projects.
• Oversee sprint planning, backlog refinement, standups, and retrospectives, ensuring continuous improvement in team performance.
• Drive delivery quality standards, ensuring client solutions meet technical, design, and performance requirements.
• Collaborate with consulting leadership to manage team capacity and plan resource allocation for upcoming project phases.
• Integrate modern AI tools and automated delivery practices into team workflows to enhance productivity and delivery efficiency.
• Mentor Digital team members, fostering a culture of operational excellence, accountability, and continuous learning.
