Integration Architect

As an Architect at Axsium, you will lead clients and project teams through WFM strategy implementation and customization. This remote position is based in Canada or the United States.

Duties and Responsibilities

1. Project delivery: Oversee project functions, guide clients, demonstrate expertise, and improve project efficiency.
2. Client interaction: Maintain professionalism, build relationships, and identify additional opportunities.
3. Administration: Submit timecards and reports timely, adhere to policies, and communicate effectively.
4. Culture: Act as an ambassador, seek continuous improvement, mentor others, and participate in sales activities.

Requirements

• UKG Boomi Certification with UKG PRO WFM experience.
• Strong integration technology skills (Boomi, APIs, web services, JSON, XML, SQL).
• Deep understanding of UKG workforce management products.
• 8+ years of workforce management consulting and technology experience.
• Excellent communication, organizational, and leadership skills.
• Degree in business, computer science, or related fields preferred.
• Willingness to travel.
