Leon’s Furniture is seeking a self-motivated Part Time Delivery Driver to join our delivery team in Niagara-on-the-Lake. You will be the final link between the company and customers, delivering heavy items with care and professionalism.

Responsibilities include loading/unloading, safe product delivery, basic assembly, removing packaging, and delivering a positive customer experience. A clean driving record and experience with 5-ton trucks preferred; perks and profit sharing offered.

• Carefully loading and unloading the delivery truck.
• Safely delivering products to customers' homes.
• Set up and assembly of select items.
• Removal of packaging materials after delivery.
• Returning approved merchandise as needed.
• Providing professional, friendly and efficient delivery service.
• Complying with Health and Safety policies.
• Working with other departments to ensure a positive customer experience.
• Performing other duties as assigned.

• Carefully loading and unloading the delivery truck

• Providing professional, friendly and efficient delivery service

Requirements:

• Your clean driving record and valid non-probationary driver's license with experience driving a 5-ton truck (clean abstract required)
• Your ability to handle heavy goods and provide an efficient, safe and enjoyable delivery experience to our customers
• Your previous experience delivering furniture and appliances to customers’ homes (beneficial)
• Your positive attitude and exceptional interpersonal skills

Compensation:

$25,000-$30,000 plus (income may vary based on volume and location).
