Job summary

LKQ Corporation is seeking a Delivery Driver (Non-CDL) in Mississauga, ON for a full-time role with hourly pay of $21.00. You will deliver top-brand aftermarket auto, RV, and marine parts to customers on a Monday–Friday schedule starting around 4:00 am, with occasional weekend work based on route and business needs.

Qualifications

• Must be 21 years or older.
• Valid driver's license.
• 6+ months experience driving a 15 ft. box truck or larger.
• No motor vehicle violations within the last 24 months.
• Able to lift freight up to 75 lbs.
• Able to pass a pre-employment drug screen.
• Able to pass DOT physical examination.

Responsibilities

• Safely operate a 15 ft. or larger box truck to deliver parts and accessories.
• Load, secure, and unload products using proper handling techniques.
• Provide exceptional customer service during deliveries, representing Keystone with professionalism and integrity.
• Verify orders and communicate effectively with dispatch and warehouse teams.
• Maintain a clean and professional appearance.
• Keep the delivery vehicle clean and organized.
• Comply with all DOT regulations and company safety standards.

Position Highlights

• $1,000 Retention Bonus! (Paid $500 at 6 months + $500 at 12 months of continuous employment)
• Hourly raises of up to $0.50/hour available at 60 days, 6 months, and 1 year based on performance
• Consistent weekday schedule - never work weekends
• Drive well-maintained company vehicles equipped with heat and A/C

Key Responsibilities
