Keystone Automotive Operations in Mississauga, ON is seeking a Delivery Driver to join our distribution network. You will deliver auto, RV, and marine parts directly to customers with a friendly, dependable service.

This full-time role offers $21.00 hourly pay, a retention bonus, weekday schedule with no weekends, and company vehicles. Applicants must be 21+, have a valid license, 6 months truck driving experience, and pass pre-employment checks.

Qualifications

• Be 21 years of age or older
• Have a valid driver's license
• Have at least 6 months of experience driving a 15 ft. box truck, or bigger
• Have no motor vehicle violations within the last 24 months
• Able to lift freight up to 75 lbs.
• Able to pass a pre-employment drug screen
• Able to pass DOT physical examination

Responsibilities

• Load, secure, and unload products using proper handling techniques
• Verify orders and communicate effectively with dispatch and warehouse teams
• Maintain a clean and professional appearance
• Keep the delivery vehicle clean and organized
• Comply with all DOT regulations and company safety standards
• Be 21 years of age or older, with a valid driver's license

Position Highlights

• $1,000 Retention Bonus! (Paid $500 at 6 months + $500 at 12 months of continuous employment)
• Hourly raises of up to $0.50/hour available at 60 days, 6 months, and 1 year based on performance
• Consistent weekday schedule – never work weekends
• Drive well-maintained company vehicles equipped with heat and A/C
