Job summary

PGW Auto Glass, a leader in the Auto Glass industry, seeks a dedicated Warehouse/Delivery Driver in Ontario to deliver products to customers and manage loading/unloading at branches. The role requires a clean driving record, ability to lift up to 75 lbs occasionally, and compliance with DOT procedures for heavier vehicles.

Qualifications

• Delivery driver with a clean driving record.
• Ability to lift 50 lbs regularly and up to 75 lbs occasionally.
• Experience operating a company vehicle and handling deliveries.

Responsibilities

• Drives a Company vehicle in a safe, courteous, and responsible manner.
• Physically loads Company truck at the branch and verifies the condition of the truck, the manifest and other paperwork associated with the deliveries to be made.
• Must be able to lift 50 lbs. on a regular basis and up to 75 lbs. occasionally.
• Drives to the delivery destination, confirms order with customer, unloads and verifies product, obtains confirmation signature and payment from customer.
• Makes proper notations on the manifest and provides receipts on parts being returned from customers to the branch.
• Picks up buy out purchase orders from vendors on vendor 'fill in' purchase orders and delivers parts back to the branch or customer.
• Collects COD payments, as necessary.
• Works in such a manner as to prevent shortages and damage to products.
• Complies with established Company policies and procedures.
• Assumes other duties as assigned.
• Drivers over 10,001 lbs.
• Subject to DOT Procedures - driver logs, unexpired medical card, etc.

PGW has over 100 warehouses throughout the United States and Canada. The Delivery Driver must have an excellent driving record. The Delivery Driver will be responsible for operating a Company vehicle to deliver products to customers. PGW offers competitive pay, matching 401K, medical, vision, dental, and PTO.
