Job summary

Courierarc in Oakville, Ontario is seeking a responsible Delivery Driver to safely deliver temperature-controlled goods to customers on a full-time, Monday–Friday schedule from 9 am to 6 pm. You will operate a refrigerated straight truck, follow routes and schedules, and maintain accurate delivery records.

Qualifications

• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
• Experience driving a refrigerated straight truck (Hino 155) preferred.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform pre-employment checks.

Responsibilities

• Safely operate a refrigerated straight truck (Hino 155) to deliver goods to customers
• Follow pre-determined routes and schedules to make timely deliveries
• Inspect and maintain the vehicle and report any issues to management
• Communicate with dispatch and customers to ensure efficient delivery
• Follow all traffic laws and regulations
• Keep accurate records, such as delivery receipts and vehicle maintenance logs
• Help load and unload goods as needed
