Job description

Location:
Based out of Lloydminster, but is responsible to travel within our Lloydminster district daily.

The Role:
The Delivery Driver role at Culligan is vital as they serve as the company's face to customers, building trust and ensuring satisfaction through timely and professional service. They contribute to operational efficiency, represent the brand, and address customer needs during deliveries, often identifying opportunities for additional sales or service. By ensuring safe and reliable delivery of products, they play a key role in fostering customer loyalty and driving the company’s success.

To keep our high customer service standards, we make sure that every member of our team is reliable and hardworking with good decision-making skills, and great customer service.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Loading and unloading your truck with products as required.
  • Performing pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections as required.
  • Report major vehicle deficiencies to the Customer Service Representative.
  • Check load to assure all is accounted for and secured.
  • Remembering scheduled delivery routes.
  • Delivery time management.
  • Maintain customer inventory.
  • Providing customers with electronic.
  • Collecting payments and customer names and signatures at time of delivery as required.
  • Establishing and maintaining positive working relationships with customers.
  • Truck cleanliness inside and out as per Company Policy.
  • Preventative vehicle maintenance.
Qualifications:
  • Ability to work with minimal supervision.
  • A class 5 or better driver's license.
  • Air brakes certificate is a bonus.
  • Ability to back up a 22’ van body truck.
  • Ability to drive a manual transmission is a bonus.
  • A clean driving record (annual 10 year abstract required)
  • Criminal record check by RCMP.
  • Must be able to lift/carry 50+ lbs. frequently.
  • Must be able to perform frequent bending, twisting, kneeling and sitting for long periods.
