Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
• Ability to lift 70 lbs and maneuver up to 150 lbs with equipment.
• 1 year customer-oriented business experience preferred.
• Must complete mandatory driver assessment training.
• Some knowledge of FedEx Canada operations and Canadian customs is an asset.
• Excellent customer service, interpersonal and communication skills; good time management and organization.
• Willingness to be flexible with schedules and holidays based on business needs.

Responsibilities

• Provide courteous and efficient pick-up and delivery of packages on an assigned route.
• Check all shipments for conformance to FedEx Canada features of service.
• Provide related customer service functions.
• This is a full-time position with Mon-Sat start times at 07:00 am.
• Must be able to operate in a PC Windows environment and complete recurrent training.
