Job summary

Sherwin-Williams in Mississauga is seeking a Customer Service Associate to deliver products from our branches using company vans or pickup trucks, prepare orders, and assist customers in person and over the phone.

You will operate color retrieval and paint mixing equipment as needed, monitor inventory, and ensure a safe, organized stockroom. There is a focus on accuracy in loading, shipping, and processing transactions.

Qualifications

• Must be 18+ years old and legally eligible to work in Canada.
• Must have a valid, unrestricted Driver’s License.
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs frequently and up to 70 lbs occasionally.
• Experience with material handling equipment preferred.
• Customer service or retail/sales experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Prepare orders for delivery or pickup according to schedule (load, pack, wrap, label, ship).
• Load and unload products from deliveries.
• Operate and maintain warehouse vehicles and equipment (forklifts, pallet jacks, carts).
• Assist customers in person and over the phone.
• Process sales transactions in the POS accurately and consistently.
• Communicate and cooperate with supervisors and coworkers.
• Keep a clean and safe stockroom and optimize space utilization.
• Follow quality service standards and comply with procedures and regulations.
• Assist with physical inventory and ensure stockroom is organized.
• Complete Monthly and Quarterly Safety Training.
