Job summary

Go Auto at the Land Rover Royal Oak location is seeking a Delivery Coordinator who is organized, tech-savvy, customer-focused, and happy to help. You’ll be the final touchpoint in the customer journey, ensuring every vehicle is ready and every feature is explained.

You’ll coordinate deliveries, walk customers through technology, handle plates and demos, and collaborate with Parts, Service and showroom teams.

Qualifications

• Experience in automotive or delivery coordination preferred.
• Ability to explain vehicle features and technology clearly.
• Comfortable handling multiple priorities in a fast-paced dealership.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and complete vehicle deliveries (new, used, and CPO).
• Ensure vehicles are clean, charged, and delivery-ready.
• Walk customers through features, technology, and controls.
• Complete delivery checklists and coordinate second deliveries when needed.
• Introduce customers to Parts, Service, and dealership resources.
• Follow up on questions, reviews, surveys, and CSI.
• Support home deliveries and assist Service customers with technology.
• Help with showroom merchandising, social media content, transport check-ins, and vehicle movement.
• Manage plate registrations and demo vehicle organization.

You’ll be the final touchpoint in the customer journey, making sure every vehicle is ready, every feature is explained, and every customer leaves feeling confident and excited about their purchase.

What You’ll Do

• Coordinate and complete new, used, and CPO vehicle deliveries.
• Ensure vehicles are clean, charged, and delivery-ready.
• Walk customers through vehicle features, technology, and controls.
• Complete delivery checklists and coordinate second deliveries when needed.
