Job summary

The Delivery Consultant at Amazon AWS Professional Services assists clients by designing and implementing cloud solutions using AWS technologies, aligning technical outcomes with business goals. You will guide clients through the cloud journey, from planning to delivery, in a collaborative, client-facing role.

You\'ll work with enterprise customers on large-scale cloud adoption initiatives, mentoring teams, and contributing to reusable artifacts, with opportunities across global projects.

Qualifications

• More than 3 years of experience in cloud architecture and implementation.
• A university degree in Computer Science, Engineering or equivalent practical experience.
• Strong knowledge of networking concepts.
• Very good skills in programming and automation.
• Active involvement in infrastructure as code work.
• AWS knowledge gained through use of main services like EC2, S3, RDS, Lambda, IAM, VPC.
• AWS Professional-level certifications will be a plus.
• Can work with automation and scripting tools such as Terraform and Python.
• Good knowledge of security and compliance standards like HIPAA, GDPR.
• Superb communication skills in dealing with both technical and non-technical people.
• Participation in large scale migrations and crafting cloud solutions that are reliable, secure, and with monitoring and optimization.
• Mandarin and English fluency for the Montreal job positions.

The Delivery Consultant is the position that assists the clients by means of AWS technologies to make the cloud solution from scratch, install it, and take care of it. The consultant acts as a guide and support for the client during the whole cloud journey by aligning the technical solution with the client’s business goals at AWS Professional Services.
