Choices Market in Parksville is looking for a Deli Lead Hand to manage daily deli operations and help lead the team in a fast-paced environment. This is a full-time position with shifts that may include evenings and weekends.

The role involves directing workflow, ordering, receiving, and merchandising per store guidance, serving customers and preparing hot and cold foods, and maintaining deli stock. You may lift up to 50 lbs and stand all day.
