Freson Market Ltd/Freson Bros. in Manning, AB is seeking a Full-Time Deli Cold Supervisor. The role offers a wage of $20.50 per hour at our Manning location.

You will lead the Deli team, ensure food safety compliance, and coach staff to meet operational standards while delivering excellent customer service in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Experience as a deli, kitchen, or restaurant supervisor is preferred.
• Knowledge of the basic principles of food preparation and food safety regulations is required.
• A passion for leading, coaching, and training others while providing an exceptional customer experience.
• Ability to prioritize and delegate tasks.
• Strong communication, organization, and interpersonal skills.

• Prepare food according to operational standards
• Provide assistance to Deli Department Manager as needed
• Ordering and receiving deli products and inventory
• Ensure Cold Deli Department is properly cleaned and sanitized
• Properly handle and store food by adhering to food safety policies and procedures
• Prepare special orders as per customers request
• Team Member training and coaching to achieve operational standards
• Handling customer service inquiries and providing a positive customer experience
