Job summary

Sobeys Inc. in Canada is seeking a Deli Clerk to deliver exceptional customer service while maintaining high standards of food safety, merchandising and cleanliness.

The role supports store operations across a busy deli department, providing accurate product handling and friendly service. You will stock, rotate, and merchandise deli items, assist customers with product selection, and participate in training of junior staff.

The Deli Clerk is responsible for carrying out the full range of duties of the position in a professional, responsible, accurate and timely fashion. The Clerk will deliver exceptional customer service, foster customer loyalty, fulfill customer needs and actively contribute to an environment of employee and customer engagement.
