Evergreen Co-operative Association is seeking a team member to provide exceptional member service, assist in driving sales and margins, and help maintain merchandising, production, and health & safety standards. You will complete department tasks and prepare food in a busy environment.

Preference given to candidates with CRS experience or commercial kitchen background. Pre-employment background checks and our Substance & Alcohol policy apply.

Responsibilities will include:

We are ideally seeking candidates with the following qualifications:

• Food preparation/food safety experience
• Organizational skills and great time management
• Quality communication and interpersonal skills
• A drive to deliver an exceptional member experience through living our brand
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs

Preferences will be given to those candidates with previous or current experience in the Co-operative Retailing System (CRS), or commercial kitchen experience.
