Job summary

Saskatoon Co-op in Meadow Lake is seeking team members for our deli department to deliver friendly, knowledgeable service. You will engage with customers, assist with product selections and maintain display quality in a fast-paced setting.

You will uphold our values, follow food safety procedures and contribute to a positive, efficient store environment. This role requires flexibility for weekends/holidays and the ability to lift moderately heavy items as needed.

Qualifications

• Strong work ethic and a positive team player attitude.
• Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
• Available to work a variety of shifts including weekends and holidays.
• Ability to lift up to and at times in excess of 50 lbs.
• Ability to work independently and as a team.

• Ensure high level of customer service at all times; be professional, friendly and courteous.
• Be knowledgeable and answer questions about products and their sources.
• Adhere to Food Safety Procedures.
• Maintain and display all types of deli products according to standards.
• Provide positive consumer experience to all customers.
• All other duties assigned.
