Responsibilities

• Zones the department.
• Rotates stock and checks for expired products.
• Ensures merchandise is signed and priced.
• Follows cold chain, thermometer use and food safety rules.
• Takes deli orders and prepares meat, cheese, fried chicken.
• Assists front-end staff with price checks.
• Prepares deli orders and uses slicers, rotisserie, fryer.
• Keeps the area neat and organized.
