Job summary

Kasian Architecture Interior Design and Planning in Toronto seeks a passionate and experienced Project Architect to lead design and technical delivery across a range of building types. You will guide the design process, mentor a strong project team, and maintain key client relationships.

Requirements include a B.Arch or M.Arch, 10+ years of architectural experience with 5+ years in defence projects, provincial registration, and Secret Level clearance. Strong Revit experience is essential.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of architectural experience; 5+ years in defence projects.
• Registration with a provincial regulatory board; Secret Level clearance required.
• Strong written and oral communication skills.
• Experience leading projects with construction value of at least $25M.
• Innovative design mindset with staying current on trends and methods.
• Proficiency in Revit for technical drawing and documentation.

Responsibilities

• Lead the design process and provide specialized technical expertise across projects.
• Guide project teams from concept through construction documentation.
• Coordinate with electrical, mechanical, and structural consultants.
• Manage client relationships and develop them throughout the project lifecycle.
• Lead stakeholder meetings, develop design concepts, and presentation materials.
• Mentor emerging talent and contribute to team growth.
• Oversee site reviews and construction administration.
