Job summary

Riverside Natural Foods Ltd. is seeking a detail-oriented deductions specialist to validate and dispute customer compliance deductions, including OTIF claims, shortages, and pricing discrepancies.

You will collaborate with Sales, Customer Service, Supply Chain, and Finance to resolve issues with clear documentation and timely follow-up. The role requires 3–4 years of relevant experience in deductions management, strong analytical skills, and proficiency in SAP and Excel.

Qualifications

• 3-4 years of relevant experience in deductions management, supply chain, finance, or a related field.
• Bachelor’s degree in business, supply chain, finance, or a related field.
• Experience managing compliance and deduction programs with distributors and major retailers preferred.
• Strong analytical mindset and attention to detail in deduction processes.

Responsibilities

• Review and validate customer compliance deductions and chargebacks, including OTIF claims and other charges.
• Determine claim validity using agreements, invoices, delivery proofs, and scorecards.
• Submit disputes and manage recoveries with supporting documentation.
• Identify root causes and drive corrective actions across multiple teams.
• Reconcile deduction accounts and support month-end close and reporting.
