Lot Attendant – Serpa Chrysler Dodge Jeep RAM

Serpa Chrysler Dodge Jeep RAM is currently seeking a professional and reliable Lot Attendant to join our team.

Reporting To: Manager, Fixed Operations

Position Overview

Located off Kennedy Road in Toronto, Ontario, this full-time position plays a key role in the daily operations of the dealership. The Lot Attendant is responsible for the movement, organization, and presentation of all dealership vehicles, while supporting management as required.

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain the condition and presentation of showroom vehicles on a daily basis.
• Organize vehicle displays in coordination with Sales Management.
• Follow direction from Sales and Service Managers.
• Ensure all incoming and existing inventory is properly positioned and maintained.
• Keep the lot, walkways, and entrances clean and presentable (including sweeping, washing, snow removal, and salting when required).
• Clean vehicles after snowfall and ensure overall lot appearance meets dealership standards.
• Assist with vehicle pick-ups and deliveries.
• Support management and team members with additional duties as required.
• Maintain a high level of attention to detail to ensure the dealership consistently presents at a premium standard.

Requirements

• Valid Ontario G2 driver’s license with a clean driver’s abstract.
• Ability to drive both automatic and manual transmission vehicles.
• Strong ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
