Job Description

The Advisor II, Customer Service position interfaces with customers via inbound calls, outbound calls, or through the Internet depending upon client requirements. This position provides customer service support and resolution of non-routine problems regarding client's product or services.

Position Overview

The Dealer Support Representative interacts with customers via inbound/outbound calls and/or web. Responsibilities include providing support and resolving routine issues related to client products and services. Military veterans are encouraged to apply.

Responsibilities
  • Welcome customers and introduce our products
  • Handle various call types from North American clients, answering inquiries professionally
  • Respond to dealer inquiries regarding order status, claims, and incentives
  • Provide first-level technical support to the dealer network
  • Deliver excellent customer experiences with a positive attitude
Qualifications
  • At least 1 year of customer service experience (retail, restaurant, call center) preferred
  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
  • Eagerness to learn new technologies
  • Proficiency with Windows-based applications
  • Availability to work a minimum of 40 hours per week; currently not hiring students
