Job Description

The Advisor II, Customer Service position interfaces with customers via inbound calls, outbound calls, or through the Internet depending upon client requirements. This position provides customer service support and resolution of non-routine problems regarding client's product or services.

The Dealer Support Representative interfaces with customers via inbound/outbound calls and/or via the web. This position provides customer service support and resolution of routine problems and questions regarding client products and/or services. (Military veterans are encouraged to apply.)

Responsibilities
  • Welcome customers to the brand and our products
  • Handle various call types from North American customers, answering inquiries professionally
  • Respond to dealers, zone offices, warranty administrators, and dealer representatives regarding order and shipping status, claims, and incentives
  • Provide first-level technical support related to communication infrastructure and web-based applications
  • Deliver exceptional customer experiences with a positive attitude
Qualifications
  • At least 1 year of customer service experience (retail, restaurant, or call center) is beneficial
  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • Ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment
  • Eagerness to learn new technologies
  • Proficiency in Windows-based applications
  • Availability to work at least 40 hours per week; currently not hiring students
