Licensed Behavioral Health Therapist (Nights) - Remote in Virginia Only
Position Status: Full-time, Night Shift
Position Location: Remote in Virginia Only
Standard Working Hours: 5 days a week (11pm - 7am), 3 days a week (9pm - 9am), OR 4 days a week. Flexibility with night shift schedule.
Minimum Requirements:
Master's Level Degree in Counseling, Psychology, Social Work, or related field Required
Currently licensed in the state of Virginia as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) or Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), or Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) Required
Preference for certification in Addiction, Screening Brief Intervention and Referral to Treatment (SBIRT), Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), Trauma, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT)
Job Description Summary
The Licensed Behavioral Health Therapist provides individual, group, and/or family therapy; provides staff consultation/supervision, and education. Responsible for the provision of social work/counseling services to patients receiving care in the inpatient and outpatient behavioral health setting. Assesses the social, psychological, cultural, environmental, and financial situation, as well as disposition needs, for each assigned patient. Collaborates with patients, families, healthcare team members, and community agencies to develop and implement plans to address identified needs. Evaluates effectiveness of plans and initiates change as needed.
Qualifications:
Master's Level Degree (Required)
Basic Life Support (BLS) - Certification - American Heart Association (AHA) RQI
Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) - State license - Virginia Department of Health Professionals (VADHP)
Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) - State license - Virginia Department of Health Professionals (VADHP)
Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) - State license - Virginia Department of Health Professionals (VADHP)
