Job summary

mwss is hiring a part-time swim instructor to teach children using the Small Steps approach. You will build water confidence, lead energetic, safety-focused lessons, and communicate with families in a warm, professional manner.

Join a supportive team with flexible scheduling around school commitments, plus growth opportunities across the company. Ideal candidates are positive, reliable, great with kids, service-oriented, and coachable, with the ability to work 2 or more shifts per week and stay

• Standard First Aid & CPR-C
• National Lifeguard or Bronze Cross
• Making Waves Coach Course (we train you)

Schedule
