Our client is a global Tier 1 Systems Integrator with projects in Canada and we are looking for someone at the Senior Consultant level with Dayforce Implementation experience.

This role is based in Vancouver, British Columbia Canada and is Hybrid.

Role and Level

Role Start Date: Feb. 17, 2025

Role End Date: Aug. 31, 2026 (18 months)

No. Hrs/Days/Week: 24-40/week - 3 to 5 days per week

Rate: Market Rate

Remote within Canada - PST zone hours

No clearance required

Responsibilities:

You will be a key part of the delivery of the Dayforce WFM Implementation consulting engagement.

Responsibilities include:

1. Lead all phases of the Dayforce implementation including Discovery, Configuration, Testing, Go-live and Post Go-Live.
2. Collect, document & validate client functional requirements, mapping to Dayforce functionality.
3. Configure Ceridian Dayforce to meet client functional requirements.
4. Provide internal status updates, noting issues/risks with recommended resolution to Green.
5. Implement Organizational Readiness best practices in preparation for rollout.
6. Train client staff for them to capably perform day-to-day activities.
7. Manage multiple client/project engagements simultaneously.
8. Identify best practices/lessons learned & document/share internally & with Ceridian.
9. Complete new release training as needed & be our expert on Ceridian Dayforce.

Requirements:

1. 6+ years of Project Management Experience with Dayforce implementation and related packages.
2. 2+ years of Dayforce Human Capital Management (HCM) implementation experience, with a focus on Dayforce Workforce Management (WFM) functionality.
3. Understanding of common Payroll and Human Capital Management (HCM) business practices.
4. Business process mapping experience.
5. Relationship management & consulting acumen – asking the right question to design the right solution.
6. Leading and facilitating client workshops and sessions.
7. Managing multiple implementations/engaging with clients at the same time.
8. Ceridian certification is an asset.
9. Change Management experience is an asset.
10. Understanding & developing relational databases & SQL is an asset.
11. Self-motivated, articulate & able to engage audiences.
12. Ability and willingness to travel to customer sites as needed.
