Job summary

Randstad Canada in Paris, ON is seeking a Production Worker / Assembler for a full-time day shift. Earn $18.00 per hour with a Monday–Friday schedule, 7:00 AM–3:30 PM, plus reliable weekly direct deposits and training on specialized machines.

Strong path to permanent hire, supportive team, and comprehensive on‑the‑job training. Responsibilities include safely operating hand and power tools, reading specs to assemble racks and print products, heavy lifting, equipment setup, and ensuring quality

Qualifications

• Experience in warehouse, production, or light industrial environments.
• Hands-on experience with hand and power tools (drills, saws, drivers, etc.).
• Must own CSA-approved safety shoes.
• Physically able to perform heavy lifting, standing, bending and reaching.
• Positive attitude, reliability and willingness to learn new production skills.

Responsibilities

• Safely operate hand and power tools to assemble components.
• Read specifications to build structural racks and print-related products.
• Perform heavy lifting and material handling throughout shift.
• Maintain clean, safe work area per Health and Safety 4Safe standards.
• Inspect assemblies for quality and dimensional accuracy before staging.
• Collaborate with teammates and supervisors to meet daily production goals.
• Wear PPE at all times (safety shoes, hearing protection, safety glasses).
