You will operate, monitor, and maintain automated equipment on a fast-paced line, with a two-week Day/Afternoon rotation or straight nights, and must be flexible to transition to nights for permanent hire.

Qualifications

• Proven track record in a fast-paced manufacturing facility.
• Ability to read and execute standard visual work instructions accurately.
• Basic practical math skills and strong analytical thinking.
• Excellent verbal and written communication with a team mindset.
• Experience with robotics or fully automated assembly lines is preferred.
• Must be legally entitled to work full-time in Canada.

Responsibilities

• Operate automated equipment and monitor high-tech machinery with team members.
• Read outputs and adjust settings to maintain quality, tolerances, and variance control.
• Log production data and metrics into computerized systems in real time.
