Job summary

TekWissen® Group is seeking a Technician in Markham, Ontario to deploy NPI engineering projects involving AMD IP and debug server hardware infrastructure. You will collaborate with multi-disciplinary teams across geographies and engage with product planning, development, and validation activities.

Responsibilities include deploying and maintaining NPI server products, tracking progress, and reporting status throughout the program lifecycle.

Qualifications

• Good communication skills, both written and oral.
• High attention to detail and follow through in a fast pace environment.
• Experience in data center system deployment, software deployment, and validation.
• Familiarity with testing tools, methodologies, and defect tracking.
• Ability to function independently with little direct supervision.

• Technician responsible for the deployment of NPI engineering projects involving AMD IP (Silicon, HW, SW) and debug of AMD server hardware infrastructure.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Provide engineering expertise to technical teams spanning multiple disciplines and geographies.
• Engage with internal stakeholders in product planning, development, and validation activities.
• Deploy and maintain NPI server products while partnering with other engineers and contractors.
• Track and report status vs. objectives throughout the lifecycle of the program.

REQUIREMENTS:

Physical Requirements:

• Candidate needs to be able to lift 50lbs and be flexible enough to get under a raised floor as needed.

EXPERIENCE/EDUCATION:

• 2-4 years experience in high tech industry.
• Skilled in MS Office tool suites, Confluence, MS Sharepoint.
