Job summary

Bitdeer Energy Inc. seeks a detail-oriented Project Coordinator to support the development and execution of our Bitcoin Mining and AI/HPC datacenter infrastructure.

You will maintain project schedules, manage financial reconciliations, and ensure clear communication between internal teams and external vendors. The role offers exposure to a rapidly evolving datacenter environment, reports to a Senior Project Manager, and provides hands-on experience in a growing technology company within Alberta,

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Business Administration, Engineering, or related field.
• 2+ years of coordination or administrative experience, preferably in construction/engineering/technical industries.
• Strong Microsoft Office Suite skills with Excel emphasis and exposure to PM tools.
• Excellent written and verbal communication with diverse stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Schedule coordination: maintain master schedules and coordinate updates across subcontractors and vendors.
• Financial & payment support: review invoices, track expenditures, assist forecasts and cost-to-complete reports.
• Administrative excellence: manage documentation, agendas, minutes, and action-item tracking.
• Vendor liaison: be point of contact for contractors on admin, onboarding, and insurance.
• Reporting support: consolidate data for project status reports for leadership.
• Site support: assist on-site logistics to ensure resources and safety documentation.
• Document control: manage filing and distribution of specs and submittals.
