Canadian Tire Corporation, Limited seeks a Stewardship & Quality Manager to lead data stewardship and data quality across analytics, AI, and business decision-making. You will coach the steward community and partner with business and technology teams to improve data quality from the source.

You will define metrics, monitor issues, and drive improvements in governance processes, ensuring trusted data for reporting and insights.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in data quality, data management, data governance, analytics, or related field.
• Experience with data quality, metadata, and data governance tools and processes.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.
• Demonstrated ability to coach and influence cross-functional teams.
• Detail-oriented with a continuous improvement mindset and passion for data excellence.

Responsibilities

• Lead operational execution of data stewardship and data quality practices.
• Partner with business and technology teams to improve data quality.
• Define, monitor, and report on data quality metrics and issues.
• Manage processes for issue identification, root cause analysis, and resolution.
• Document business metadata, data definitions, and critical data elements.
• Drive continuous improvement of stewardship and data quality processes, tools, and practices.
