Canadian Tire Corporation, Limited is seeking a Stewardship & Quality Manager to lead data stewardship and quality initiatives that underpin analytics, AI, and decision‑making across the enterprise. You will partner with business and tech teams to elevate data quality, strengthen stewardship capabilities, and drive accountability.

Responsibilities include coaching the steward community, defining metrics, resolving issues, documenting metadata, and improving data quality at the source.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in data quality, data management, data governance, analytics, or a related field.
• Experience with data quality, metadata, and data governance tools and processes.
• Strong analytical, problem‑solving, and stakeholder management skills.
• Demonstrated ability to coach and influence cross‑functional teams.
• Detail‑oriented with a continuous improvement mindset and passion for data excellence.

Broadband Salary Range: $80,000.00 - $131,000.00

Salary decisions are also dependent on other factors such as your experience, industry benchmarks, internal equity and other role‑specific requirements. For critical roles, the compensation offering will be reviewed to ensure alignment with market rate and conditions and the unique value you bring to the role.
