Cushman & Wakefield is seeking a Data Specialist to contribute to local research and data management. This full-time role involves gathering and maintaining market data, performing analysis, and supporting various research initiatives. The Data Specialist reports to the Local Manager. The Data Specialist is responsible for supporting the development of local research output and data collection. Specifically this position provides support for gathering and entering local market data into Cushman & Wakefields proprietary database. The Data Specialist is accountable for accurate and proactive maintenance of proprietary and thirdparty databases with local market data as well as pulling data from said systems to support the businesss needs. This position is not specific to a service line but may specialize by property type.
