What you'll be doing

You’ll play a key role in the Data Protection Services team, an innovative group providing enterprise-level services supporting Digital Certificate Lifecycle Management (DCLM) and Internal Certificate Authority (CA). As a Data Security Engineer, you will collaborate with business partners, vendors, consumers, QA, and Application Operations (AO) teams on integration, configuration, development, implementation, troubleshooting, service delivery, and production support.

We offer a flexible hybrid work environment, enabling you to work on-site for 5 days per month and remotely on other days.

How you'll succeed

• Design and Development: Serve as a subject matter expert analyzing requirements, estimating work, and coordinating end-to-end solutions. Develop cost-effective, innovative solutions to meet business needs, maintain existing applications, and collaborate with vendors and teams to deliver services. Provide production support and troubleshoot issues.
• Programming Ability: Lead complex application programming activities including development, testing, debugging, documentation, and automation via DevOps CI/CD pipelines.
• Leadership & Influence: Lead code reviews, ensure code quality, support user acceptance testing, and troubleshoot complex application issues.

Who you are

• Knowledge & Experience: Over 3 years in digital certificate management, PKI, or enterprise security tools (like HashiCorp, CyberArk). Experience with cryptographic workflows, automation tools (Ansible, Jenkins, GitHub), orchestration (Kubernetes), scripting (Python, Shell), and digital certificate protocols (TLS, IPSec, SSH). Bonus: experience with Venafi and DigiCert.
