About The Role

We are seeking a Senior Data Scientist to lead high-impact data science projects that enhance our data-driven decision-making across business functions. This is a remote, full-time position offering competitive compensation and benefits.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end data science projects including problem formulation, data exploration, model development, deployment, and optimization.
• Collaborate with Data Analysts, Data Engineering, and DataOps teams to embed solutions into production pipelines.
• Advise business units on leveraging data science and emerging technologies, including Generative AI, to develop innovative solutions.
  
  

Minimum Qualifications

• Master’s degree with 5+ years of experience or Bachelor’s with 7+ years in data science, statistics, applied math, computer science, or a related field.
• Proven analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Familiarity with Agile development methodologies and toolsets.
• Experience developing insights in marketing, sales, or customer experience domains.
  
  

Technical Expertise Required

• 5+ years processing and analyzing large datasets.
• 3+ years managing full ML lifecycle from development to production.
• Proficiency in Python, SQL, PySpark, Pandas, Scala.
• Strong data visualization and storytelling capabilities.
