Job description

Responsibilities:

• Leads the execution of large-scale, complex analytics projects, ensuring quality control and risk assessment of models, methodologies, outputs, and processes.
• Conducts deep dive diagnostic, predictive, and prescriptive analytics to support data-driven decision-making. Develops alternative model approaches and mentors junior staff.
• Identifies data inconsistencies, documents assumptions, and addresses data gaps.
• Engages with senior leadership to understand business processes, develop hypotheses, and translate requirements into analytics approaches.
• Guides test and research design, model validation, and provides statistical consultation. Serves as analytics expert in cross-functional teams.
• Prepares and presents insights and recommendations, communicating complex findings to business leaders.
• Participates in special projects and other duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

• At least eight years of relevant analytical experience, including data wrangling, statistical and machine learning methods.
• Experience with AI/ML development, Python, NLP, LLM, AWS, A/B testing, and chatbot technologies preferred.
• Expertise in predictive modeling techniques such as XGBoost, decision trees, multi-armed bandit, and decision engines.
• Strong problem-solving skills with analytical and statistical methods.
• Bachelor's degree in Analytics, Mathematics, Economics, Statistics, or related field; graduate degree preferred.
