Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in BI, Analytics, Data Science, Data & AI or related field.
• Strong proficiency in SQL, Python, and modern analytics platforms such as Databricks.
• Advanced experience with Power BI, data visualization design, and self-service BI enablement.
• Experience with BI modernization, migration, governance, and platform transformation initiatives.
• Knowledge of data modeling, metadata management, and analytics best practices.

Responsibilities

• Lead BI Transformation initiatives across Wealth and shape operating models, governance, and delivery processes.
• Modernize analytical assets and reporting capabilities, including Power BI migration and Unity Catalog efforts.
• Explore AI and emerging technologies to improve BI development, adoption, and user experience.
