Job Description:

CUSTOMER

• Understand business context and data infrastructure; translate business problems into data science solutions.
• Use programming languages (e.g., Python) and techniques for data extraction, preparation, statistical analysis, and advanced analytics to derive insights.
• Visualize data insights to communicate results clearly to stakeholders at all technical levels.
• Collaborate with data analysts, software engineers, data engineers, and developers to create scalable data science solutions.

SHAREHOLDER

• Propose improvements to business processes through data insights to enhance effectiveness and efficiency.
• Educate teams on testing hypotheses and statistical validation.
• Help align organizational understanding of data science principles.
• Translate insights into continuous improvement activities.
• Follow enterprise frameworks and ensure compliance with policies and regulations.
• Participate in cross-functional initiatives as a subject matter expert.
• Monitor and improve service and productivity levels.
• Lead or facilitate remediation actions for performance, risk, or governance issues.
• Manage relationships across business lines, ensuring compliance with enterprise and regulatory standards.
• Stay informed on emerging issues, trends, and regulations.
