Now Hiring: Consultant - Data, AI & Analytics (Jakarta)

We’re excited to expand our Data, AI & Analytics practice to Indonesia, and we’re looking for a dynamic Consultant II to help deliver impactful data projects and support pre-sales activities as we grow our presence in Jakarta.

About the Role

As a Consultant II, you’ll play a dual role—leading the delivery of data and AI solutions, and actively supporting pre-sales engagements. You’ll work closely with business stakeholders, technical teams, and our regional leadership to design high-impact solutions using Microsoft technologies such as Microsoft Fabric, Azure Data Services, Power BI, and Azure OpenAI.

This is a key position in our Indonesia expansion—and an opportunity to be part of our founding team on the ground.

Key Responsibilities

1. Lead and deliver data & AI projects from requirements gathering to deployment and enablement activities
2. Design and implement data pipelines, models, dashboards, and AI use cases
3. Support pre-sales efforts: develop solution proposals, demos, POCs, and client presentations
4. Collaborate with the regional team to localize offerings and meet market needs
5. Contribute to internal knowledge sharing and capability building

What We’re Looking For

• >5 years of experience in data analytics, BI, or AI/ML projects
• Strong technical foundation in SQL, Power BI, and Azure data services
• Experience designing or delivering cloud-based data solutions
• Ability to communicate with both technical and business audiences
• Comfortable participating in pre-sales conversations and client workshops

Bonus Points For:

• Experience with Microsoft Fabric, Azure Synapse, or Azure AI/LLM solutions
• Exposure to industries such as real estate, financial services, or manufacturing
• Microsoft certifications (PL-300, DP-600, DP-700, AI-102, etc.)
• Strong presentation and proposal writing skills
