Job Description:

The incumbent is responsible for creating business requirements within an agile environment, supporting various stakeholders across TD Insurance. The ideal candidate has experience working closely with business partners to gather BI requirements for reporting and data usage.

  • Document Business Intelligence requirements for partners
  • Document business rules and validate data mappings
  • Perform impact analysis
  • Coordinate with teams within Platforms and Technology or other internal partners for data availability and accuracy
  • Collaborate with Agile team members for successful implementations
  • Support team members as needed
  • Manage stakeholder expectations
  • Understand operational systems, including frontend and backend databases
  • Adapt to discussions with different stakeholders
Required Skills:
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in Business Intelligence projects/Reporting
  • Knowledge of data extraction and manipulation (e.g., Databricks, SQL)
  • Bilingual in English and French
  • Good time management skills for multiple initiatives
  • Analytical skills and critical thinking
  • Quality-consciousness
  • Negotiation skills with business partners
  • Teamwork efficiency
Assets:
  • Knowledge of the Canadian Insurance Industry
  • Experience with Jira/Confluence, Agile methodology
  • Knowledge of Python, Tableau
