Job summary

The Boeing Company in Richmond, BC, Canada is seeking Data Science Interns for an 8-month, hybrid internship starting January 2027. You will combine math, statistics, ML and coding to solve real business problems and present findings to stakeholders.

Responsibilities include working with a mentor, analyzing data, proposing suitable technologies, delivering analytics tasks, and documenting results for leadership and customers. Applicants should be enrolled full-time in CS or related programs.

Qualifications

• Must be enrolled in CS or related program at a accredited university.
• Minimum second-year student or higher in relevant program.
• Experience with Python for data science tasks.
• Willing to commit to 40 hours per week during internship.

Responsibilities

• Work with a mentor to understand client business problems.
• Conduct exploratory analyses and data set characterizations.
• Research and propose tech/methods to address problems.
• Execute data science and analytics project tasks.
• Coordinate internal documentation and quality reviews.
• Communicate technical approaches and outcomes to team.
