In this role, you will lead and support enterprise-wide risk assessments—spanning privacy, third-party, and AI. You will help shape our program strategy by using your critical thinking skills to analyze data, identify trends, and deliver insights that inform program enhancement, risk management, and operational decisions.
You will provide strategic advice across the enterprise and collaborate with IT and business units to advocate for data management improvements. What You Will Do
- Lead or support risk assessments in privacy, third-party risk, and AI and provide strategic advice to partners across the enterprise.
- Identify, assess, and monitor compliance risks including privacy, anti-bribery, anti-money laundering, and human rights.
- Leverage AI tools (e.g. Microsoft Copilot, Power Automate, Power Apps) to automate tasks, improve workflows, and enhance productivity.
- Collaborate with internal and external partners to incorporate privacy and compliance standard methodologies and principles into enterprise-wide programs and systems.
- Analyze data flows and enterprise architecture to inform risk mitigation strategies.
- Support data discovery, data minimization initiatives, data flow and data source mapping.
- Deliver actionable insights through dashboards and reports using Power BI and Excel to report on program performance and inform data protection strategies.
Who You Are
- University Degree or Technical Diploma, preferably in IT, cybersecurity, business, data governance, or risk management-related field.
- A minimum of 4 years of progressive experience in IT, cybersecurity, data governance, risk management, legal, regulatory, compliance, or similar field
- Experience in performing risk assessments or knowledge of risk management and risk frameworks.
- Knowledge of regulatory frameworks or compliance areas including privacy, anti-bribery, anti-money laundering, and human rights is preferred.
- Proficient using MS Office Suite, SharePoint, and Power BI.
- Experience using tools such as Microsoft Copilot, Power Automate, and Power Apps to automate tasks, streamline workflows, and improve efficiency.
- Experience with BigID, 319 Insights, Archer, Power BI, or comparable platforms is preferred.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to understand systems and data flows.
- Certifications such as CIPM, CIPT, CIPP, or CCEP are advantageous but not mandatory.

- Office environment with minimal travel to other Enbridge locations.

Physical Requirements Include But Are Not Limited To
Grasping, kneeling, light – moderate lifting (objects up to 20 pounds), reaching above shoulder, repetitive motion, typing, sitting, standing, visual requirement (able to see screens, detect color coding, read fine print), hearing requirement and the ability to sit at a computer for long periods of time.
