Job summary

Clio is seeking a Data Modeller to join the Data Insights Team. You will design and maintain scalable data models, collaborating with Product, Revenue Operations, and Finance to translate business questions into trusted datasets.

You’ll strengthen data quality, governance, and documentation while exploring AI-powered tools to accelerate modeling and enable self-service analytics across the organization.

Qualifications

• 2–4 years of analytics engineering or data modeling experience.
• Deep SQL skills and experience in databases/data warehouses.
• Python or similar language is a plus.
• Experience with dbt or similar transformation framework is an asset.
• Ability to translate business questions into reusable data models.
• Familiarity with AI-powered development tools is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Design, build, and maintain scalable data models using dbt or similar tools.
• Collaborate with Product, Revenue Ops, Finance, Data Eng, and stakeholders.
• Ensure data quality with automated tests, monitoring, and validation.
• Promote data modeling standards, governance, and documentation.
• Leverage AI-powered tools to accelerate data modeling workflows.
