Job summary

Themis Solutions Inc. is seeking a Data Modeller to join our Data Insights Team in Canada. You will design, build, and maintain scalable data models using dbt or similar tooling to support analytics, reporting, and AI-ready data products.

You will work closely with Product, Finance, and Data Eng to translate business questions into trusted datasets. We value deep SQL expertise, experience with cloud data warehouses (Databricks, Redshift, Snowflake), and a collaborative mindset.

Qualifications

• 2-4 years of analytics engineering or data modelling experience.
• Strong SQL skills and production data modeling experience.
• Experience with cloud data warehouses (Databricks, Redshift, Snowflake).

Responsibilities

• Design, build, and maintain scalable data models.
• Partner with Product, Revenue Ops, Finance, and Data Eng to translate business questions into datasets.
• Ensure data quality, automated tests, and monitoring for data freshness and validity.
• Promote data modeling best practices across the analytics ecosystem.
• Leverage AI-powered tools to accelerate data modelling work.
