Qualifications

• 1+ years in implementation or data-centric roles in SaaS or ERP projects.
• Expert or advanced SQL (MS-SQL or PostgreSQL) skills.
• Ability to write data conversion scripts and complex queries (CTE, stored procedures).
• Experience with C#, Python or similar languages.
• Proficient with Git for source control and PRs.
• Experience with APIs for data extraction/ingestion.
• Familiarity with Salesforce, JIRA, Confluence, Asana or similar tools.
• Experience with ETL processes, SSIS, and AWS/Cloud is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Translate data from legacy and third-party systems into Catalis cloud platform per mapping specs.
• Prepare data for go-live with validation, cutover support, and issue resolution.
• Profile, cleanse, de-duplicate, normalize data to improve load success.
• Execute mock migrations in lower environments and document results for review.
• Validate migration outcomes via reconciliation checks and escalate variances.
• Provide post go-live data issue resolution and hand off artifacts to support teams.
• Collaborate with Project Coordinator and Implementation to ensure timely, accurate transfers.
• Maintain data mapping docs and define source-to-target relationships and rules.
• Develop scalable migration tooling: PostgreSQL stored procedures, .NET/C# workflows, Python automation.
