Qualifications

Responsibilities

  • Develop measurement plans for advertisers and agencies using incrementality experiments, MMM, and attribution frameworks to prove media value.
  • Act as a technical advisor to executives and decision-makers, delivering compelling data stories that influence business decisions.
  • Lead data-driven measurement opportunities across Google Ads and Google Marketing Platform products, driving growth and AI-driven insights.
  • Apply causal inference and statistical modeling to design experiments and optimize MMM data inputs for clients navigating privacy standards.

Minimum qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
  • 8 years of experience in media analytics, advertising sales, digital media and marketing, consulting, or financial analysis.
  • Experience working with advanced measurement methodologies, including Marketing Mix Modeling (MMM), Multi-Touch Attribution (MTA), Incrementality testing (Conversion Lift, Brand Lift), or Causal Impact analysis.
Preferred qualifications:
  • Experience in deploying first-party data strategies, customer data systems, and Google’s measurement ecosystem, including Google Analytics, tagging systems (gTag, GTM), and key APIs.
  • Experience managing and influencing executive stakeholder relationships on recommending ways to improve product and customer strategy.
  • Ability to execute measurement frameworks, marketing experiments, incrementality testing, causal lift, MMM, and Multi-Touch Attribution.
  • Ability to consult with executive clients, manage external vendors, and partner across cross-functional teams to drive alignment.
  • Excellent statistical skills to translate datasets into financial insights, compelling dashboards, and clear executive presentations.

As a Data, Measurement and Analytics (DM&A) Specialist, you will act as an advisor to Google’s largest and most sophisticated advertisers. You will lead the measurement and experimentation strategy, using insights to solve business issues and unlock new avenues for growth during a pivotal moment of industry transformation. Working at the intersection of media, technology, and data science, you will partner with our clients to guide their measurement maturity and support their business goals.

You will be a collaborative problem-solver who navigates ambiguity and possesses business acumen. You will build trusted relationships with key decision-makers, including executive leaders across marketing, analytics, and strategy, and seamlessly partner with Google's sales and product teams. By translating datasets into compelling narratives, you will influence critical business decisions and motivate organizational change. With a background in advanced marketing analytics, you will be an expert in demonstrating media value through incrementality, Marketing Mix Models (MMM), attribution, and AI-driven solutions. You will empower investigative clients to modernize their measurement infrastructure by integrating first-party data and adopting privacy-safe best practices, ultimately ensuring their media investments deliver, real-world success.

Canada: $156000 - $159000 (CAD) + 60% bonus target + equity + benefits

Responsibilities
  • Understand privacy-durable data foundations for clients by guiding the implementation of Google’s tagging infrastructure (gTag, Google Tag Manager (GTM), server-side GTM) and first-party data solutions (Data Manager API, Google Cloud integrations) to ensure resilient signal capture.
  • Develop measurement plans for advertisers and agencies using incrementality experiments, MMM, and attribution frameworks to prove media value.
  • Act as a technical advisor to analytics, finance, and marketing decision-makers; challenge the status quo, build executive partnerships, and deliver compelling data stories that influence business decisions.
  • Lead the business-cycle for prioritized data and measurement opportunities across Google Ads and Google Marketing Platform products, managing feature adoption, scaling AI innovation, and accelerating business growth.
  • Apply data science, causal inference, and statistical modeling techniques to design incrementality experiments, optimize MMM data inputs, and help clients navigate changing industry privacy standards.
